Science Gallery London looks to explore thought-provoking and unique topics by blending science, art and technology. We captured their final pre-opening season BLOOD: Life Uncut, focusing on the symbolic nature of blood that connects us all. Filming over the course of the season across South London, including King’s College London Guy’s Campus and The Copeland Gallery, where we captured a variety of events, workshops, performances and exhibitions.
Throughout the season we created four 60 second square videos for their social media, as well as a widescreen version to go on YouTube, their official website and newsletters. The videos were used to update their audiences on events that are coming up, showcasing some of the recurring trends and exhibitions. Throughout this project we helped the Science Gallery adapt their brand guidelines to include the new format of social media videos.
Bringing it all together into a full season film, the video was made to help educate younger audiences and for the Science Gallery to overview the season and can be used as a promotional tool and basis for future projects.
